14. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California law provides certain privacy rights to eligible California residents.
Depending on whether and how the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) applies to our business, eligible California consumers may have rights including:
-
Right to know/access certain personal information;
-
Right to delete certain personal information;
-
Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
-
Right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information;
-
Right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
-
Right to non-discrimination for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Certain exceptions and limitations apply.
The CCPA does not apply to every business. Applicability depends on statutory requirements and thresholds.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to provide a consumer with fewer rights than required by applicable law.
15. CALIFORNIA RIGHT TO KNOW
Where applicable, an eligible California consumer may request information concerning personal information collected about them, including categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and categories of recipients, as provided by applicable law.
16. CALIFORNIA RIGHT TO DELETE
Where applicable, an eligible California consumer may request deletion of personal information, subject to legally recognized exceptions.
For example, we may retain information when necessary to complete a transaction, detect security incidents, comply with legal obligations, or otherwise exercise rights permitted by law.
17. CALIFORNIA RIGHT TO CORRECT
Where applicable, an eligible California consumer may request correction of inaccurate personal information maintained by us.
18. RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF SALE OR SHARING
We do not intentionally sell personal information for monetary consideration.
However, certain advertising and retargeting technologies may constitute “sharing” under California law.
Where required by applicable California law, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
If our website provides a “Your Privacy Choices,” “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” or comparable privacy-control mechanism, you may use that mechanism to submit an applicable request.
You may also contact us using the information provided below.
19. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL
Where applicable, we will process a legally recognized Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal in accordance with applicable California law and regulations.
A GPC signal is a browser or device setting that may communicate a consumer's privacy preference.
20. NON-DISCRIMINATION
We will not unlawfully discriminate against a consumer for exercising privacy rights protected by applicable California law.
We will not deny goods or services, charge unlawful different prices, or provide a materially different level or quality of service because a consumer exercises a legally protected privacy right.
21. VERIFYING PRIVACY REQUESTS
To protect customer information, we may need to verify the identity of a person submitting a privacy request.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the request.
We will not require you to create an account solely to exercise a privacy right when applicable law prohibits such a requirement.
22. AUTHORIZED AGENTS
Where permitted by applicable law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf.
We may require verification of the agent's authority and verification of your identity as required by law.
23. CHILDREN
Our website and products are not directed toward children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where legally required, delete the information.
24. DO-NOT-TRACK
Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal.
Because there is not a universally accepted technical standard for DNT signals, our website may not respond to every DNT signal in the same manner.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we make material changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice where required.

Important privacy implementation note
I deliberately included the retargeting disclosure rather than simply repeating your answer that you “do not share information.” That's because California's definition of “sharing” can encompass certain disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising. You should not publish a privacy policy that says “we never share information” while simultaneously running retargeting technology.
The CPPA specifically says a Notice at Collection is required for businesses subject to the CCPA and that it needs to be presented at or before collection. CCalifornia Privacy Protection Agency+1
So I would also put this short notice immediately around your checkout/account/email collection:
Privacy Notice: We collect information such as your name, email address, shipping/billing information, and online activity to process orders, provide services, improve our website, and for marketing/advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details and available privacy choices.
